This hotel is typical of the Bohemian Forest (Šumava) region and is located approximately 850 meters above sea level in the center of the small village of Srni, surrounded by the forests of the Šumava National Park. The hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions by car, on foot (hiking trails), and for cross-country skiing. The hotel was renovated in 2019 and received a new rating of 3 stars for the annex and 4 stars for the main building. Tea from a local tea house is available all day in the library. We would like to inform you that due to the renovation of the new spa area, the bowling alley and the wellness center (indoor pool, sauna, and steam room) will be closed from June 15, 2026. Completion is expected in December 2027. However, we are striving to provide our guests with the widest possible range of services during this time. From June 26, 2026, a new outdoor wellness area with whirlpools will be available, and guests will also have access to two infrared saunas. Massages will continue to be offered. At the same time, preparations are underway for the opening of a brand-new children's playroom, which will further expand leisure options for families with children. We would like to inform you that, in connection with the construction of the new hotel spa, the bowling center and wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath) will be closed from June 15, 2026. The expected completion date for construction is December 2027. Nevertheless, we intend to maintain the widest possible range of services for our guests during this period.
